- Bank Energetyki S. A.
In September 1998 the decision was taken to change the legal status from a limited liability company to a Joint-Stock Company. Currently, the ownership structure of the company is the following:
- Polska Grupa Energetyczna S. A. - 50% shares
- Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe UTECH Sp. z o. o. - 50% shares
