on behalf of Energetyczne Towarzystwo Finansowo Leasingowe ENERGO UTECH S.A. with the registered office in Poznań, we would like to kindly inform that on 25 May 2018 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as the GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation) has come into force.
As a result, we would like to inform you that the Company processes your data which pursuant to the GDPR are personal data.

Bolesława Krzywoustego 7, for which the Poznań Nowe – Miasto and Wilda District Court in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS) keeps register files under KRS no. 0000033439, NIP 783 12 17 711, REGON 630774290, with the share capital of PLN 22,400,000.00, the paid‑up share capital of PLN 22,4000,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

The Controller processes personal data that are collected in connection with your use of the services offered by the Controller, in particular the website, including any information stored in cookies. The information resulting from general principles of Internet connections, such as an IP address, is used by the Controller for technical purposes. Subscribing to services offered by the Controller, such as email messages, requires filling in a form in which you provide information allowing to contact the User (e.g. email address).
We process your data, for example, to: inform you about the Controller's activities, customise the content of the website, its subject matter, as well as the subject matter of the materials and advertisements on the website to your interests, provide you with greater security of services, perform measurements to enable the Controller to improve its services and make them meet your interests and needs as closely as possible, and facilitate your contact with the Controller via a contact form.
In accordance with applicable law, your data may be transferred to entities processing the data at the request of the Controller, e.g. marketing agencies, subcontractors of our services and entities authorised to obtain the data under applicable law.
The legal basis for the processing of your data for the purpose of service provision is the necessity to perform the contracts for their provisions (most often, they are regulations for the services used by you). As for the processing for marketing purposes, such basis includes your freely given consent that may be withdrawn by you at any time.
As the Controller of your personal data, we provide you with the right of access to the data and you have also the right to rectification, to erasure and to restriction of processing of the data. You may also exercise the right to object and to data portability to another controller. However, in the case in which ENUT is legally obliged to process certain data, some of the aforementioned rights may be limited.
You may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data within the scope of the previously given consent.
Please be informed that you have also the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body overseeing the compliance with personal data protection regulations, i.e. with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
