2. What personal data are processed by the Controller?
The Controller processes personal data that are collected in connection with your use of the services offered by the Controller, in particular the website, including any information stored in cookies. The information resulting from general principles of Internet connections, such as an IP address, is used by the Controller for technical purposes. Subscribing to services offered by the Controller, such as email messages, requires filling in a form in which you provide information allowing to contact the User (e.g. email address).

You may also exercise the right to object and to data portability to another controller. However, in the case in which ENUT is legally obliged to process certain data, some of the aforementioned rights may be limited.
You may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data within the scope of the previously given consent.
Please be informed that you have also the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body overseeing the compliance with personal data protection regulations, i.e. with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
